PROGRAMME TERMS — PLEASE READ BEFORE ENROLLING

By enrolling in this programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Educational purpose only. This programme is provided for educational and professional development purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory counsel, financial advice, or compliance assurance of any kind.
2. No professional relationship. Enrolment in this programme does not create a legal, regulatory, or advisory professional relationship between you and ComplyNexus Academy or any of its facilitators.
3. Not a substitute for qualified advice. You must seek independent, qualified legal, regulatory, and financial advice before making decisions that affect your organisation's compliance obligations, financial strategy, or risk management approach.
4. Data currency. Regulatory information is provided as of the programme date. Laws and regulations change. ComplyNexus Academy does not warrant that all information remains current after the date of delivery.
5. Proprietary frameworks. The GE and GIS formulas and other proprietary frameworks are educational tools. ComplyNexus Academy makes no representation that they have been independently validated as predictive financial models.
6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComplyNexus Academy's total liability arising from this programme shall not exceed the programme fee paid. ComplyNexus Academy accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
