How we handle your data, and the terms for refunds and cancellations.
Course enrolments are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Requests submitted after this window or after substantial content access are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Books and printed materials are not refundable once shipped, except in the case of damage on arrival or shipment of incorrect items.
Live events and webinars may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will receive a full refund or a credit for a future event.
ComplyNexus Academy is operated by NanoMatriX Technologies Limited (the “Operator”). The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and applicable equivalents in the jurisdictions where learners reside.
We collect: contact details (name, email, organisation), learning activity (course progress, quiz scores, certificates earned), and payment metadata (we never store full payment card details — these are handled by Stripe and PayPal directly). We do not sell personal data to third parties. We also measure site usage with a first-party, cookieless analytics beacon (page path, referrer, and device class only — no cross-site tracking); Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner.
You can request a copy of your personal data, request correction, or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing academy@complynexus.com.
